SweetStream + Zoom
Learn how to add, use, and remove the Zoom integration inside SweetStream.
Add the Zoom integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the Zoom card and click Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom and approve access for your business account.
- You will be redirected back to SweetStream and see the status as Connected.
Create Zoom meetings from consultations
- Open Consultations and click New Consultation.
- Select the consultation type (Meeting or Video).
- Toggle Zoom meeting to on.
- Optional: add a manual video link as a backup.
- Save the consultation. A Zoom meeting is created automatically.
- The client receives the Zoom join link in the confirmation email.
Tip: Staff members can use the Start Zoom link from the consultation details view.
Update or cancel Zoom meetings
- Rescheduling a consultation updates the Zoom meeting time.
- Changing the duration updates the Zoom meeting duration.
- Cancelling a consultation removes the Zoom meeting and links.
Remove the Zoom integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- In the Zoom card, click Disconnect.
- Zoom will be disconnected for your business. Existing manual video links will remain.
